  • I've always been fascinated by the payment industry and the work that is being done to tackle fraud. ai has a reputation for developing world-leading fraud solutions and providing opportunities for people to grow within the business.

  • One of the best parts of my job is the opportunity to learn new skills every single day. The daily learning and a supportive, fun team environment makes my role truly fulfilling. Expanding my professional skills but also sharing great moments with a fantastic group of people.

  • Across the teams, there is a willingness to listen to new ideas and a collective desire and drive to consistently improve our technological stack and productivity. We had a head start on using machine learning for our fraud detection services and our plans to extend these are very exciting!

New starters will quickly get up to speed and understand their roles and responsibilities much faster with the aid of these documents, and it also helps me and the team with recalling how a previous issue was resolved.
